Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Vixen. Each piece is thoughtfully designed and produced in small quantities with care and attention to detail. Please review our policy below before purchasing.

Bras (Exchanges Only)

We currently accept exchanges on bras for a different size only.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We do not offer refunds to the original payment method on bras.

 

Robes (Exchange or Store Credit Eligible)

Due to the handmade and limited nature of our robes, we offer exchanges or store credit only on eligible robe purchases.

  • Robes must be unworn, unused, and returned in original condition with tags attached.

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

Accessories (Returns Accepted)

We accept returns on eligible accessories for a refund to the original payment method.

  • Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

 

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are strictly final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

  • Bottoms (briefs, thongs, underwear, bodysuits)

  • Oils and fragrance products

  • Worn or washed garments

     

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

  • A brief description of the issue

Approved cases may be eligible for a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.
